Freelander2 jumpy at low revs

Hello all, just found this page wow so much info .. so this is my first post .. been browsing a problem with my 2010 freelander2 td4 ..hope someone can help or point me in the right direction..

Few months I got a reduced power warning msg and I took ages to get up to speed like the turbo wasn't working at all.. so I cleaned the air pressure sensor near the air filter. ... then a couple weeks ago I left it sitting for near 4 weeks and at low revs and starting up (started fine) i would drive it it'd be jumpy at low revs put my foot down it would be ok.

Now I have a HDC system fault unavailable msg come up

Has anyone experienced anything similar ?

Thanks in advance

The HDC thing is sometimes a failing battery.
