UK Armed Forces can get 13% discount from Landrover Tourist, Diplomatic and Military Sales. Vehicles also come with certain extras FOC, such as Mat Sets, Bodyside Mouldings, Warning Triangle, First Aid kit etc. They also get the inevitable full tank of fuel plus upto £100 to cover their travel costs to collect from Marshalls of Peterborough where all such sales are managed from. It worked for me.... :

It sounded really good until you mentioned 'Marshalls of Peterborough' - uselsss fs!!! , the Sales Manager there has a total disregard for customer service, either that or he doesnt know how to answer his phone or reply to emails (useless )

If anyone if thinking of buying a Land Rover from there whether new or second hand I STRONGLY advise you to go somewhere else.

You don't buy from Marshalls of Peterborough you buy direct from Land Rover. Marshalls do the pre-delivery inspection, fit any additional extras and deliver the vehicle. I had no problems dealing with the purchase of mine in 2007.

The 13% applies to 'tax paid sales'. BFPO sales save the VAT as well.....!

You are absolutely right. The cars come from Landrover UK, but Marshalls do the delivery. Couldn't have been less helpful when I bought mine; felt as though they had discounted my service by 13%, and not just the price of the car.
