I actually started taking notes for just such a guide but the process went sideways so I gave up on that, sorry. There's a video in the other thread that describes how to get into the software menus, but stops short of actually programming a key.

My experience was basically follow the on-screen directions. I was doing one key and when I inserted the new one, the software said it could not be programmed.

After multiple "failed" attempts at that, I tried the new key and it worked! Others have reported similar experience, ie the software isn't very good at announcing success.

So I guess the secret tip is that if it gives you that error, ignore it and keep pressing on. I only had one key to begin with and was only adding one. If you're adding multiple keys hopefully it will let you press on after you get the error.

Hi and thankyou
Done this today, my progress follows, garage found the second key this morning after I had bought a new one from Ebay.cars a new purchase to myself
Inserted the original known good key and followed onscreen instructions throughout, had problems with new key from ebay but it worked.
On trying all 3 keys, the one the garage found earlier had not taken reprogramming?
So 2 keys working? Not the third!
Attempt number 2, used known good original key? Followed procedure but had problems and this time 2 keys locked out but one still working.
Unfettered I tried again
Good key inserted, followed all prompts on screen but this time instructions changed on final key and was instructed after programming key 3 to reinsert and turn ignition on, after this a notification onscreen read

Success
All 3 keys programmed.
It does work guys so persevere!
Thanks for help here I just wish I had of made a video to help others
