I tightened the two nuts on the two studs slightly, thought I’d cured it however still leaking slightly.

I bought the O ring shown in the schematics today, I’m having the engine oil changed next week I might ask the garage to fit it at the same time - I’m assuming it’s not a major job?

Looks like diff has been messed with in the past and oil leak mentioned on 2019 mot, so not convinced changing the o ring will fix it - tempted just to keep an eye on it and check the oil level.

I must say still love my Freelander 2, however it been far from trouble free motoring since I’ve had it 10 months ago!
