Irregular rattling in engine when idling

Hi, the engine in my Freelander 2 GS TD4 (2007] has started rattling when idling. This sound goes when the clutch is depressed and when driving along. It’s not a regular noise, just a random knocking/rattling. Any ideas what this might be, please? Thanks!

The Search Facility gives Air Filter Rubber AV mounts as a possible cause. Any help?

Well if it is that I think that’s where the wiring gets rubbed away causing problems so worth checking that.
