can someone tell me when I try to scroll down the power window, there is a click from the control box in the door and the window does not respond.

Could be a failed motor for the window winder.
Could be a jammed glass, causing the motor to cut out on over current.
Could be a failed pulley/cable - the glass is moved up and down by a cable and pulley system
Could be faulty wiring to the motor.

Looks like you are going to have to take the door card off and have a look. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
Replaced by Ewok what a mistake - now a happy Disco Sport owner

ok thanks .. i have had door cladding off, there was nothing to see so i have ordered a new engine.
