When I was looking for a place for a negative (earth) for my TPMS. I had the glove box out, up high to the right of where the glove box would be closed, there is a wire attached to some frame (one area I didn't take a photo). When I unscrewed this wire to add my negative for the TPMS, the fan came on. When reattached the fan went off.
