Try removing/ejecting key from ignition slot while refuelling. There are a few posts by @p_gill (lives in California so another hot environment) on this forum about starting the vehicle after refueling and hot soaking the key. I don't have this issue with my si6 so I could be totally off......you appear to be having an issue with the vehicle stalling within two minutes of starting after refueling which makes fuel pressure more likely or even the purge system? |

I always remove the key from the slot as I lock the car when I go into the shop to pay for the fuel.
