Is this where a hard reset would clear the error - disconnect the battery and let all the systems fully power down ? MY13 HSE Lux Santorini Black Gone

I had a weird cd problem once I sorted it by pulling the fuse in the boot starting the car for a minute and replacing the fuse it just seemed to sort it out.

My 2010 had does this if I turn the ignition off with the volume turned down to zero. The only way I have found to solve the problem is to turn the ignition off, then turn the volume knob up, and then the ignition back on. Hey presto, pause has disappeared....
