did you not think of drilling the holes before the bumper got painted ?? |

Well the guy painting does this as a job but never done a Freelander 2 before and doesn’t have the tool. He’s painting it for free so can’t complain. I’ve seen bumper cutters on eBay for £20 so may weld a 45 degree bracket onto that or grind it down. I will practice on the old bumper first and go from there. |

I have a Bosch GRO 10.8V-LI Professional cordless rotary tool, great for making round holes at an angle & oval. I did a couple in aluminium brackets for the awning on the car.
