I think the asterisk is adjacent to the arrow pointing towards the spare tyre. Some cars have a full size spare while others have a slightly smaller tyre which I think is speed restricted.

Last one is for a biscuit. Australia gets 5 proper rims!

Drive east & in the morning the front tyres will be a bit higher pressure. In the afternoon the rear tyres will be higher. During the middle of the day the left side will be higher than the right.

If you get TPMS you will be surprised just how much tyre pressure changes. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Later UK models had a full size spare as an option. Mine came with a full size one.

How long should you keep your unused spare in the boot ?
I would have rotated it when I changed the other tyres , but Continental discontinued that tyre and as I didnt want an odd tyre on the wheels, it stayed in the boot. Jules

The ARB TPMS tucked in the corner. I just used a 12v extension socket. I cut the wire off short & soldered on thin wire to thread through dashboard. Wired in a 2amp circuit breaker near the fusebox.
