Recently replaced front fogs with combined fog with halo drl,s. A trick i used was to "screw" a 3/16 plastic nut on the back of the fixing torx pins after passing them through the fog lamp fixings. So when you offer up the fitting you don,t risk dropping the bolts and same when removing the lamps. Because the plastic nut is a loose fit they stay attached but do not impede on tightening the bolt.

I have a problem with a front fog after a little shock.
I need to fix it inside the front body part.
Did you dismount the front body part ? Do you know how to proceed ?
I don't find any documentation till now on this operation.

Hi Tex, don't know if you got a result for this - you just need to remove the plastic inner guard to get access to the front fog lights. A fairly straightforward procedure.

Thanks for your help.
In fact, the shock broke the fixing bracket (inside the bumper) of the front fog light. So, I had to disassemble all the right-hand side of the bumper. Fortunately, someone suggested a video to do that and it has been very helpful.
And I found a spare for the piece in charge to clean the light which exploded during the shock. Very lucky indeed.
