I thought that the Evoque wheels would fit the Freelander 2 but not always the other way around.
It might also depend on the engine/bhp because the petrol has larger discs, not sure about the SD4, and so would require more clearance Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

Andy, now you are confusing me.

I thought the FL2 and Evoque could, but the FL2 and DS couldn't.

??????

Have to research.

I might be wrong - have been many times before according to the Mrs.
The 17" FL2 definitely don't fit the DS - have tried.
The FL1 definitely don't fit the FL2 - again have tried- two expensive mistakes.

Looking for 18" winter wheels for the DS and have been told that Ewok ones should fit, but FL2 will not fit (too late), makes matters worse as mine is the D240 with larger brakes.
From which I assumed that if Ewok wheels fit the DS but FL2 don't there might be an offset difference.

The 20" DS wheels look great for about 10 minutes, I tend to use mine, so they get "curbed", the FL2 on 17" rims was better suited to potholes / curbs / rocks Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her

I think Evoke wheels are +5mm offset compared to FL2 I thought FL2 petrol and diesel cars used the same brake disc diameter and calliper , but the petrol car got a different calliper mount . There are loads of Ford derived wheels like the old model XC60 Volvo using the same PCD and stud pattern as the FL2 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

Yep the Ewok wheels are 45 offset and 50 FL2 Which may help the clearance from suspension if bigger wheels fitted Although some on here have said its not an issue with the standard rims 4-5mm so all good

For the price Im tempted to try and if no good flog em

Big problem is finding that 5th wheel Being on West coast of Aus not too many options Heaps over east

I’ve no idea, why but the Evoke (pretentious name for a car) has always been known as the Ewok on Freel2.

Calling them Ewoks is kind.

Steaming piles of Censored is more accurate, but this is a family site.

Must admit I always have called them Ewoks, unless the little Censored had just tried to kill me again, which was probably only twice in a good week - long story - but one car I was very glad to be rid of. Tangiers Orange - gone, missing her
