what I believe they are, are ..... 'Affordable high performance upgrade Halogen bulbs'.

I never said they were HID Xenon.

Also what they are is legal.

Sorry did not mean to put a downer on your purchase, was just answering Lakelander's question.

However they may well not be road legal in the UK - I can't see anything in the listing about approvals or certification and they are a higher wattage than the OEM bulb.
