Just to confirm Vanny's suspicions, when I swapped the seats back for the original the DTC and warning light immediately disappeared. I examined both seats (and took a couple of photos as examples) and it can be plainly seen there is deformation on the older/electric seat. Original/Manual: Replacement/Electric: Once I've got the MOT out of the way tomorrow I'll have a look at swapping the pre-tensioner/seat-belt buckle assy and let you know how it goes...on another thread probably |

The seat you replaced it is from a 2007 car , you can see in picture. I think this was the trouble. |

Amen to that gone P38 v8 auto no problems,great howle from exhausts when giving it welly Td5 auto head gasket,no5 pot not uncommon but good car. 1st Tdv6s manual epb problem fixed under warranty(stealer said"never heard of this before,i suggested he looked at d3 forum. 2nd Tdv6 se auto epb 3rd Tdv6 xs auto 2008,swmbo,s favourite. |
