Possible split pipes?

Hi guys

New here, but I got a fL2 and had a code on it ( p0045 ) says the actuator was faulty so I replaced it and problem is still there.

My problem is that when I try too give it some good power it sometimes just dies off like it’s gone into limp mode?

I can put my foot too the floor when this happens and revs won’t rise or car won’t pick up speed..
if I change gear the car resumes power until it happens again...

Don’t really wanna keep throwing cash at it and not getting nowhere

Thanks 🙏🏻

Check all intercooler pipes and intercooler for splits or leaks.
The short pipe splits at the rear, both short and long pipe cost £30.00 from E-bay.
Long pipe very tight to replace Shocked

Had them checked today and was told there fine...

Been told could be the throttle pedal? As it’s electrical and thinks it could be that.
