Sadly, they’re not THAT good... I am looking around the forum for tyre recommendations though as the front ones are about done in. 2010 HSE TD4 Lago Grey |

@trev1 a colleague also ordered one for his wife's similarly aged Jaguar and it worked perfectly too. The only slightly confusing thing for me was that there was no particular indication that anything had changed on the sat nav. It looked exactly the same as before to me, but when I tried to search for a street built in the last three or four years it showed up whereas before it didn't! 2010 HSE TD4 Lago Grey |

New battery fitted yesterday, as the old one seemed to be getting a bit poor at retaining charge. No discernible difference at all until while on the way home from a visit to the supermarket the engine suddenly switched off! Noticed that the green 'Eco' warning light in the speedo had come on, so quickly determined that, unbelievably, the stop-start actually worked! Given that all I've read about it is that essentially one should ignore it due to the 762 different causes for it not to work I'm delighted to see that, just occasionally, it does.

Stop / start, is one of the first things the management system turns off, when your battery is low.

Mine like many others just pleases itself about the stop start thing, no rhyme nor reason, luckily I don't care. |
