I will update you when I find the fault, I have not checked if the heated rear screen is working (the car is new to me)

Interesting! My rear wiper is starting to play-up and I get radio interference when it is stuck at half-way. At least it is giving me a warning to make sure it goes back to rest, rather than leaving it to overheat. 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

Hi there. I have a similar problem - did you ever track down the cause? Only evident now in the cold mornings..... Ian. 2013 LR2 SD4 XS 1982 Moto Guzzi V50 1952 Norton ES2 |

Yes I suspect a cut filament on the rear window. When I activate the rear window heater, there is a place that remains with some fog. |

On my previous MY10 XS the rear screen heater always caused radio interference - it was one or the other, a perfect de-mist and no radio or radio and no de-mist. Happily, the heated mirrors did the job so the rear screen heater was rarely used. |

I've noticed that the lowest filament seems to be discoloured which may be causing a high resistance. Possibly repair paint may fix it. Ian. 2013 LR2 SD4 XS 1982 Moto Guzzi V50 1952 Norton ES2 |
