Hi, I will be investigating this more in time
But any idea where this could be coming from?

Thermostat housing
Head gasket
??

Possibly from the coolant pipes that go into the thermostat. (The image is upside down)

Hopefully it is thermostat related.

Wasn't sure if it's a common HG failure area.

Theres no obvious leak. Always the way.
