Does anyone know if the approved used warranty would cover glow plug replacement please?
Now cold mornings are started can notice a plug out and it’s booked in for main dealer service next week so wanted a heads up if I can push for that to be covered.

Well the booklet says Engine is covered. Might be worth having a chat with the service dept before you take it in. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

It depends on who the extended warranty is with, what their terms and conditions are and exclusions etc; however, I would personally doubt that glow plugs are covered as they are normally classed as were and tear items.

Yes that was my fear I’m only sticking with the main stealer for ease of the warranty.
It is the l/rover extended warranty that I got for 3 years when I bought it so if any policy would cover it you’d hope theirs would !

ISTR the Approved was never with landrover warranty anyway its an insurance policy operated by Car Care Plan
even though it has the words Landrover all over it
not sure about Extended?
check the back of your policy/warranty booklet for Who operates it

even if the "warranty" company dont cover it the dealer can contact LRCRC to see if they will cover it as Goodwill

Didnt know the Approved scheme wasnt Landrover operated crooks!
