Power steering getting hot

Hello I recently had a split pipe on the power steering.

I replaced the pipe and upper hose (from pump to rack).

Everything works fine, but I’ve noticed that the reservoir and pipes
are getting very hot. The reservoir is to hot to comfortably leave my hand on it after 10mins running.

I’ve never taken much notice of whether it gets hot or not and was wondering is someone could clarify whether this is indicative of a problem.

Thanks mark. [/url]
