1,300 miles so far this year. Like you Dorset, mainly one trip to see our daughter in Swanage, and another trip to see family in Devon. Very economical on fuel, but the £950 a year for the LR extended warranty looks expensive on that mileage! |

I’ve insured the Freelander for 6000, miles and the Scooby for 14000 miles . All my hobbies generally involve a drive somewhere. I might drop to around 16000 in total . Covid hasn’t really impacted my activity as most of it is outdoors and remote . 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership

Yes when the lock down started I wrote to the LR Extended Warranty people saying that I was over 70 and was on lock down and couldn't use the car so how about a refund or an extension of the end date. I received absolutely no response. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto 5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto Now Discovery Sport P250 MHEV SE |

I'm still doing 1000 miles per month just commuting to and from work, that doesn't include any social mileage. Moving house soon though which will cut this by 2/3. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

Strange thing is, I've probably done around 20 actual miles since lockdown. I'm on a limited mileage policy as realistically I just don't do the miles. Now, I've just renewed my policy which has gone up by £50. Shopped around and couldn't get it any cheaper. I queeried a discount based on the fact I've probably done less than half my annual mileage - I would usually have been on holiday twice by now , which puts the biggest single dent in my yearly mileage total. No dice. Strange considering the fact they wanted a large sum of money off of me when I went over one year by 150 or so miles ! |

In the last 10 months since bush fires & Covid, party no point traveling & not allowed to travel. At home we pretty much walk for shopping. As a result 689 km.

Gills car has done 3 miles since March, she normally does 4-5000 miles a year, being on a syringe driver filled with morphine means her driving days are probably over, just can't bring myself to get rid of her MG3 just yet.
