USB on Frelander 2007

[img]Goodmorning everyone,
I need help with my new project, some users who are very good at manipulating the original Free software have managed to do amazing things.
the idea was born after knowing that the 2008 jauar and Range Rover Sport have the USB device.

I purchased and installed the module on my system and modified the CCF so that the car knows it has the module.
everything works, but there is no way to select it from the front panel .....

Experts think it is possible to select it by bringing I don't know what changes to the software?

I especially turn to:

Cambo
alex_pescaru

Sorry for my English by google translate.....

Firstly, I’m not an expert on the Alpine system as I have the later Meridian System so somebody may be better to confirm what I’m about to suggest.
If you’ve set up the CCF correctly logically you’d be able to “toggle” through the “sources” and USB would be an option. If that option doesn’t appear then you may not have activated all the fields necessary. MY15

this could be, but the keypad does not have a USB function, and I assume that since there is no specific key that activates USB as for CD or DAB or AUX, usb is ignored ...

It may be just “Auxiliary” then but as I said I don’t know the Alpine system.
Maybe find the owners manual or instructions for that USB module integration on Topix For user guide! MY15

You can cycle through the sources with the MODE button on the steering wheel.

Hello everyone, yesterday I reassembled the USB device, but even by repeatedly pressing the mode button on the steering wheel the USB source is not found, I assume that it is the software to be modified, but I am not able to do it, in my opinion the only people able to manipulate the software of the radio module are alex_pescaru or a glorious new arrival smarggauges.
I therefore ask you if you are willing to try your hand at the enterprise.
what I can do is provide you with the software extracted from SDD for my component and the software of the donor vehicle that manages it.
