No issue in folk asking questions . . . it's just that there seem to be a few that come on here with nothing by way of a 'hello, new member here' and their first post is a query about the car. Sorry if you're offended, just a personal view |

Not sure if this helps but I had a noisy drop link on my old Zafira that did this and on my old Focus the same noise was caused by antiroll bar bushes... Might mean nothing but it must be a suspension problem and sounds like something is dry, does it go away in the wet? If so then look at suspension bushes, just thinking out loud at silly o'clock in the morning and welcome to the forum, some great folk here to help and advise 2014 Freelander 2 XS TD4

I had an irritating squeaking noise over bumps, it seemed worse in hot weather (imagination maybe ?) It turned out to be caused by having half an inch or so of the spring snapped off on passenger side right at the top of the shocker etc. 2017 SEAT Ateca 4drive 2.0 xcellence (May 2022 -

I had a squeaking noise in the car, it turned out that 2 CD covers in the rear door pocket were the cause!
