United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Stornoway Grey
Tyre Challenge ...

Well folks I finally had to bite the bullet and get some new rubber.

Still 54,700 miles on the original Wranglers isn't too bad. Whistle

As the tyres came off we measured the remaining depth at 3mm on the shoulders 2mm in the centre on the rears and 4mm on the shoulder with 3mm centre on the fronts. The wear was very even and no sign of feathering on any of the shoulders.

Anyone in a position to improve on this Thumbs Up Stornoway Grey GS ... What a fine motor Smile ... but not any more ... Big Cry ... psst look at my gallery!
Company cars ... a thing of the past - May 2013.

England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Santorini Black

Rears replaced at 31,500mls - Fronts on 4mm.

Still don't understand why the rears have gone before the fronts considering the weight distribution (Engine, steering etc.) FL2 TD4 XS Santorini
