Mongoose, VXDiag, VCI, DA-Dongle, VCI-DOIP? There are quite a few diagnostic adapters available for SDD.

Vanny, that’s a great explanation of the pros and cons of the various SDD hardware options. Maybe if I’d read it first I wouldn’t have gone for the Mongoose clone, but I did and I used it successfully to programme a new key and for the modifications to the instrument display that Alex Pescaru provided for us. It might be helpful to do an article on the versions of SDD available and where to find them as the hardware on its own won’t do much. |

I also used the mongoose clone and had a laptop dedicated for its use.
