Those would be NAS spec for the US market that have the side marker.

The lights you are looking for are Side-Marker-Lamps.

Yes they were country specific, US used them.

Rear clusters light in Red - only got photo on an early cluster, but same as LED cluster.

Front lamp clusters light up in Amber Where clear reflector is for both earlier and later h/lamps.

this is the back of the rear cluster, the outline in red shows where the side-marker-lamp would usually be installed.

you could install them yourself by drilling out the 'blank' and inserting a W5W bulb and holder. Wired to an ignition-live circuit which can be found it the boot fuse box.

The ones I bought from an ebay seller (in Bedford) of many of these LED clusters were the US version. Didn’t notice the difference until I read about it somewhere on here Smile Smile

Some time ago, I damaged a rear light. Bought a replacement pair on eBay of the intermediate “facelift” style, with clear, not red lenses. They both came with LED stop/tail lights and W5w side marker lights. The red LEDs flickered when off (even though they had resistors/heat sinks fitted) so I replaced the lamps with conventional red glazed stop/tail lamps. Not bothered with the marker lamps.
