Sport LE wheel arch dent

Hi all, new here and new to Freelanders too having just picked up a very clean 62 plate Sport LE in black which is lovely, has FLRSH and done 56k.

There is a small dent/crease in the off-side rear wheel arch which I had dent devils out to today to remove. After trying to pull it which didn't work, he tried to access from behind via the light cluster and also from behind the rear seats without any luck due to the double-skin arch.

Apart from filling/painting (don't like the idea of this) or drilling access somewhere (really don't like the idea of this) - has anyone got any bright ideas?

Also, as this is my first Freelander or Land Rover of any kind, does anyone have any recommendations for things I should get checked immediately, i.e. Haldex?

Thanks for any help.

Jonathan.

did you not think, why hadn't the previous owner or car dealer try to get it removed ??

Just type Haldex into search box above in the main blue bar and lots of info is contained in there.

cant help with the body repairs but....

regards Haldex, Diff and PTU then you only about an hours drive from Austen @ bell engineering who is just the other side of the River Seven at Bewdley. Get your Haldex and diff serviced by him and you definitely wont go wrong.
