Reminds me of the time many years ago on the farm when a bull got his head stuck in the gap between two vertical RSJs supporting a shed. All he had to do to get out would have been to have turned his head sideways but try explaining that to an angry bull. After a couple days trying to coax him to turn his head by pulling his ears etc the vet suggested shooting it in situ and cutting the head off. As a last resort we backed a tractor up with a wheel against his nose and after a couple of goes where he pushed the tractor away he somehow managed to get free. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Stopped to drop off some food to my girlfriend working night shift in town one evening, thought would be fine to leave the puppy in the car. Walking back I notice my lights are on. "huh, that's odd, but I haven't been very long so no worries". Get on car. Puppy pleased to see me, I go to flick lights off, no lights /indicator stalk - chewed off to a nub. Swearing, I go to put seatbelt on... No seat belt - been crewed through. As was passenger seat seat belt. |

When we got our current Border Terrier puppy, shut him in the boot - full size Land Rover dog guard and dog cage/cargo divider. Popped into a shop and a few minutes later came back to the car to find puppy standing on driver’s seat with front paws on the steering wheel.
