Harsh drive engagement

Hello
When engaging drive from park the car shakes and there are some noise. Then all seems fine, also when driving.
This is a new symptom that has developed very recently.
Any thoughts had what can cause this harsh drive engagement?

The Car is a Freelander 2, 2014, Automatic. 110k KM.
