My wife is insured with Churchill and she received an email last week asking about weekly mileage and offering to reduce the premium. She was asked what her current mileage is (about 10 miles per week) and they said they would come back with a refund. Has anyone else had this sort of thing happen? I can't remember when either of us last bought fuel. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Hopefully my insurance shares have a larger divided payment this year with less car crashes. Swings and roundabouts! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Admiral are giving everyone insured with them a £25 refund due to the reduction in claims being made during the lockdown period. This is regardless of whether you are still using your car every day for work(as I am)or not. Not much granted but every little helps! |

Had an e-mail from Admiral yesterday saying that my refund was now being processed and it should be back on my original payment card within 14days. A cheque will be sent if for any reason it cannot go back onto the original payment card. |

What a grand gesture to medical research for so many to expose themselves to the disease. Now we just wait to see if number of admissions go up w/c 15th and fatalities w/c 29th. Could be a game changer if they don't! Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own! |
