I have a 2008 and my battery model and specs are listed directly on the top of the battery casing. Yours should be there as well once you remove the trim cover.

It depends on whether you have Stop/Stop.
The Stop Start requires the more expensive AGM battery.

I sourced mine from here https://www.tayna.co.uk/

I'd have though a battery sourced via JLR is likely to be unnecessarily more expensive. Jules

LR038128 is flooded

LR091092 is AGM/Stop-Start

Personally I'd go with one of the Varta equivalent ones.

Thanks, Nick. Can confirm LRO38128 £95.45 from main dealer, Norwich.
Fitting it myself was a bit of a pain, especially fitting new battery.

Whilst undoubtedly a good price, please be sure to check the Manufactured date on the sticker, as this potentially could be new old stock. AGM's have been around a long while now, and the need for flooded batteries is dwindling.....

My late 2010 (facelift) FL2 has the original battery which was made by Varta. Having researched the best replacement I'm going for the Varta F21. I've attached a list of the specs.
