Tomtom Sat nav

Has anyone fitted a sat nav into the cubbyhole in the dash of a freelander 2

I am pretty sure the fitment people use is a GARMIN unit as it fits perfect;y behind the bezzle.

Someone will pop along with the correct model soon I am sure..... Regards

May be being a bit thick here but..... If you are stripping out the fitted system and putting TomTom/ Garmin ( others may be available Very Happy ) in what happens to your radio, phone and all that stuff that's on the original?

I may be being a bit thick here, or probably just lack of use and cannot remember but......I thought the radio and phone bit is completely separate from the Satnav system.....isn’t it? Regards

But don't they use the screen that is taken out?
My Garmin truck sat nav wouldn't fit, much to big. Common sense isn't very common.

The Garmins and Tom Tom nags come in different sizes depending upon model/money.....you have to choose one that fits. Regards
