So i have a "rotating" noise coming from the front of the car..
hard to explain, lie a "vomp vomp vomp" and is Wheel speed not engine related.. worse when leaning onto the front drivers side wheel. I.e. left hand corners.. noise isn't really loud, but i know its there..

its on 140k are wheel bearings known to go on these, easy enough to change?

or something in same area?

Hi jack it up feel for play horizontally and vertically hold the spring rotate wheel any roughness will be felt also check brake pads

Only other thing i noticed it i have wranglers all round .. but loads of tread on front (new) but low on the rears.. I didn't know how much this will affect it

Best advice is to have the newer tyres on the rear

Sounds definately like the wheel bearing...
you can buy the complete hub assembly which makes the job considerably easier...but order the bolt which secures the hub to the front strut...mine sheared undoing it!

Yep if was defo the wheel bearing.. its sounded awful when i got it off the landy

Fitted a new hub, and Abs sensor, along with new bolts

drive to work was much nicer than recently!!

Bit of a Faff but an achievement when it’s all done!

I also reckon that I have a front wheel bearing problem.
I see that a bearing complete with the wheel hub can be bought.
Has anyone worked with this set up?
Is it ok to use a hydraulic press on the hub to push the bearing into the knuckle?

buy it as a Ford part, much cheaper than the LR equivalent.
