It took a team of 14 MRT + 5 RAF 4hrs:40minutes. Utter madness. They kept asking me when the helicopter was coming, so I had to educate them a little on our fantastic volunteer rescue teams and how it works.

The whole notion of climbing mountains just because they are there seems rather daft to me as they are much better admired from ground level. say, a pub carpark 94 Disco 300 TDI Gone

I've been at the top of a few mountains in Scotland in shorts and walking sandals with no harm done. Great tan as well - apart from the bits covered by the straps of the rucksack that contains all the other gear. Crowed House knew all about this when they sang, "Four Seasons in One Day". Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own! |
