2008 wont turn over

2008 LR2 won’t start not turn over and I’ll put the key in everything lights up as a normal push it in nothing new battery new starter could use some help. I bought the car this way put a starter in soon as a starter went in car started right up Drove little bit parked tried again it started right up and drove a little bit sat for a few hours Now doing exactly what it did before I put a new starter in it. Both occasions it read Both camshaft sensors were fault I replaced one did nothing got another one coming in as well as a new OBD two reader for Land Rover’s because the cheap OBD I have now shows a fault but won’t tell me what it is does anybody have any suggestions I appreciate anything you can offer thank you

Update
So reason for the starter fuse blowing was that water pump was leaking dripping down the block and on starter shorting out fuse. Looks like a pain to replace but will do.
So $600 for car
$100 for radiator
$80 starter
$60 water pump
$20 new belt just cause I’m doin pump
$120 all new fluids and filters
$60 new motor mounts (not main mount that was good)
So far
