I have maintained it myself previously been in the motor industry as a car restorer here is a short list of work done. Currently its on 106,000 ish with 2 former keepers. Landrover dealer stamps up to 60k then receipts for servicing each year. Just had new MOT.

Clutch done approx 80,000 miles with new flywheel and slave cylinder.
Clutch master cylinder
both front wheel bearings
Haldex oil changed at approx 80,000 miles
New inter-cooler hose
front ball joint (MOT) last year
new rear discs and pads last summer
new rear dampers last summer (Bilstien)
New front driveshaft boots
New front cv joint
just had 2 new front tyres and tracking done
New Bosch battery last year
