Have a google for SKAN 4x4 breakers , they will deliver bumpers on a pallet for around £25 . If you’ve trashed the bumper you might also want to get the bumper reinforcement bar , it’s the underneath the plastic and is often bent in a quite gentle nudge .

Thanks not sure about the under bar will check on removal. I bought F2 with a nudge/split in rear bumper was just looking to do a swap and tidy it up. EBay vary a lot on price and quality most seem no better than what I have.
