Unlikely as one plugs has seven cables and one has, theoretically, thirteen, but in practice often just twelve. You’ll probably need to take off the nearside panel in the load compartment to check whether the additional wires are there.

You can get 7-13 pin adapters for 7n sockets https://www.amazon.co.uk/Adapter-Converter...&psc=1 Or have you got twin (n and S) 7 pin sockets Jules |

When you say 7 pin, is that 7 pin twin socket with black [N] and grey [S] sockets or is it strictly 7 pin single Black [N] socket? If the former then you could replace the twin sockets with a twin cable entry 13 pin socket (not too difficult with a clear wiring diagram) or you could simply buy a new kit which I believe to be VPLFT0106 which is fully plug and play. If it is the latter... I suspect there is absolutely no chance of converting it to the functionality of a thirteen pin socket. The kit for your car is little more than a cable appropriately terminated at each end |
