No doubt Ginger was an amazing drummer, maybe never really had the right bands to show the best of him, in the BBC documentary recently repeated on BBC4 he was asked his opinion of other highly rated drummers, when asked about (in my opinion) the thunderous John Bonham, he sneeringly said in a dismissive tone "don't make me laugh . . . "
