Scotland 2012 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Fuji White
Track Rod End

Changed one on my car last week.
It was a dead easy job, so don't be scared of doing one.
LR helped by having the track rod well lubricated with oil, so it wasn't seized.
Be aware, 27mm spanner required for lock nut.

Got tracking checked afterwards & it was spot on. Mr. Green Thumbs Up
