Anyway, big trouble as, trailer over loaded lots of other faults and someone has done a DVLA search on Freelander and oh dear!!!!! If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

Exhaust emissions carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle excessive (7.3.D.3)

On more than one occasion, adding to lots of other failures making this probably the worst vehicle they could have chosen to help promote their "Cause". After all , that's a very dirty, "dirty diesel".
Yep, hypocrites - all of them.
That includes ALL celebrities jumping on the "climate change" bandwagon. Including Sir David Attenborough. You know, that guy on the TV who , for the last 60+ years has been privileged enough to be jetting around the planet with his BBC entourage most of his adult life, visiting countries and seeing things we can only dream of seeing with our own eyes. Then he's got the cheek to try and tell me my lifestyle is adding to global warming. How I'd love to punch that on the nose.
I tell you what Attenborough, let's get one of your very clever friends to calculate your carbon footprint, then do mine, then let's see who's REALLY added to global warming.

I'm sure that they make a valid point about our future, but I remember hearing an interview with a motorist who had been caught up in the mayhem they caused when they blockaded parts of London.

He told the reporter that his daily commute was 1 hour into London. He spent 4 hours in his car with the engine running as he needed to run his aircon as the temperature was in the high 20's. Nuff said.

Last week they targeted one of the arterial roads into Leeds and blocked it with a camp. Interestingly, they got minimal mention in the local press and TV, and everyone just got with their daily lives. Not on FB either hence not full story on here, I never mentioned Attenborough but at the end of the day we are all to blame.

The way I see it is if the powers to be want us to all have green cars they really need to get prices down and infrastructure in.


On the downward slope of life me and it might sound terrible but as I have no kids..... Tough, nothing I do will save Earth
