Does anyone know if the lower grill can be easily attached or does the whole bumper need to come off??? |

The HST bumper grille is only fitted with body tape. Careful use with a heat gun, or a hairdryer if you must, and the bond will become soft enough to remove the grille and surround. This is how I did mine. Fitted it back with tigerseal after scraping all the tape away.

I was lucky. The lower grille was already painted black from the factory.
