I can’t see any pictures but I had a relay clicking in the passenger footwell when I had a steering lock problem. |

Yes, probably a damaged gear in the throttle body and it is trying to reset it self ready to start up.

In a related matter does anyone know if a calibration of the throttle body is required after its changes? I'm changing mine on Tuesday but could get a definitive answer from searches in Google. If it does can anyone help ? |

When I fitted mine I switched the ignition on waited for the throttle body to stop hunting then started the engine, ran a bit rough for about 30 sec then was OK.

Mine was just a case of "fit and forget" and it was absolutely fine. No calibration. Steve 2008 TD4 HSE Auto, Zermatt Silver |
