Yeah, it’s hard to get a good focus in the dark. Here’s my SMPc lume with the dog looking at me like I’m an idiot!

Popped into Beaverbrooks in Derby yesterday and sat down at the Omega table with the Mrs to try on this rather nice Planet Ocean watch. A £1,000 deposit would be about £75 per month over 4 years with interest free.

Well, having had some of my dads old watches altered to fit me, it got me looking at watches again but this time I didn’t want to stretch into Tag territory, I was thinking around the £500 mark as a daily watch to avoid the risk of scratching my Tag through heavy usage.

That’s a nice looking dive watch Doc. Good size, specification and price too. Looks like you're learning at last and not paying full retail for your watches!

Not at all and it’s a lot lighter than the original bracelet. Very thin and light but it bloody ought to be for what it cost! Genuine Omega one, not like the thick copy canvas ones. Proper class! Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto Evoque SD4 Dynamic Lux Auto Present: Audi A3 S Line. Last edited by Steve D on 8th Jun 2019 12:24 pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Indeed. I have suggested to SWMBO that she could save up and get me a Rolex Submariner for my 40th and as a gap filler, get me an Omega Planet Ocean. There followed a deathly silence... LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby
