I have an unmarked set of 4 SE alloys and tyres with a couple of mm wear if that. Make me an offer.

Also have a set of 4 new S alloys and tyres. No wear. Good for off roading or the winter. Again make an offer.

Carnock,

Thanks for your offer but I am really only after two bare rims, one to replace the steel spare supplied with the car and the second as a back up for use when officiating on car rallies in the forests when if you get one flat you feel very vulnerable and reluctant to push on without a spare.

Sorry for any confusion caused, however if there is any member out there who also only needs two wheels perhaps they could let us know.

Coincidently as a guide to pricing just this week a set of 4 SE wheels with only 500 miles use located near Manchester went on E-Bay for £255.00 and another set with minimum tread somewhere down South for £330.00.

Once again thanks for your offer.

Best regards,

No problem. The FL2 is my wifes car. As a consequence, she changes her alloys on a regular basis with Muggins paying. The base alloys were meant to be for Winter use, but she can't bear to part with her present flash alloys. Likewise the SE alloys, although she did like them enough to have on for one day before a quick trip to have them changed at the garage. I've had the things sitting here almost a year and must flog them, they take too much space up. Ebay can be strange with what price you get. I've seen identical alloys both sold within half an hour of each other and a couple of hundred difference between the end price. Also got new complete rear PDC, mesh type front grille, original satnav monitor, 6cd radio and a load of other things kicking about. Wouldn't mind some Discovery 09MY HSE alloys. I've got type 1 18", which are okay, but would like the others. NOTE TO SELF - get finger out!

Might be able to arrange delivery in March. Going down to the Ideal Home Exhibition at Earls Court. Taking the Discovery, so will have the room.

Carnock,

Have sent you a PM but not very good at this sort of thing so not sure you received it.
