They are sensitive to water from a pressure washer and to muck generally so hopefully just a good gentle clean will fix the problem.

Mine are useless if it rains/has been raining. Fronts go haywire,so I have to switch them off, rears give continual tone as soon as reverse is engaged. Once the weather's dry again, they go back to normal. |

85-% sure it will be water ingress . There is a connector on the rear offside for the loom that connects the sensors , it’s tucked up inside the bumper plastics . Disconnect it and check it is clean. Use water repelling spray then assemble with dielectric grease . If there is no improvement disconnect the loom from the sensors one at a time and see if disconnecting one brings the other 3 online . If it does , clean and grease the faulty connection and try again if it works great , if it doesn’t repeat on all four sensors until you find and clean or replace a faulty one . 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership
