United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Baltic Blue
wood trim fitting

Have just bought a set of wood trims (glove box top and either side of steering column) to cheer up my S interior. On brief investigation, it appears that the bits in the S model that are already fitted are all part of a much larger piece of trim, so don't know whether they are going to work. Has anyone tried this? Guess I should have checked first Whistle FL2 TD4 S Baltic Blue, with twin electrics and towbar, roofrails, luggage cover, spare wheel and mudflaps.

I'm pretty sure all FL2 models have the same dash etc. If it's Genuine landrover Kit they just stick on over the top.
I Have an aluminium look kit (got it for christmas-not sure if I really want to fit it) but it also has pieces for around the gear lever and up the sides of the radio.

Its not a kit, but the original parts that come on a higher spec model such as HSE, and consists of just 3 bits as described. Thought that i'd just have to unclip my black plasctic equivalent bits and put these bits on instead, but there doesn't seem to be a break between the panels, just a crease! i've not had a chance to really investigate yet, but where there's a will, there's a way. FL2 TD4 S Baltic Blue, with twin electrics and towbar, roofrails, luggage cover, spare wheel and mudflaps.

I believe other posts on here have mentioned that the trim kit doesn't fit 'S' models Confused At work
