Sucking or whooshing noises are probably a split intercooler hose - plenty of posts on here |

As Westville suggest sounds very much like a split turbo hose. The short intercooler hose at the front of the engine is the most common one to split and gives the symptoms you mention. It is hard to see as it is low down in the centre of the engine if you were looking standing at the front with the bonnet up. Unfortunately its not available on its own but comes as part of the complete intercooler pipe.(unless you were able to get a silicone one).Good luck! |
