To be honest I wouldn't mind having a TDV8 engine in a FL2 if it could be fitted in

If not the noise and performance of the RRS TDV8

For those who have a chipped/tunned TD4 diesel, and have driven a TDV8, is the the acceleration similar Question and does it change the exhaust note Question Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Not drove a V8 but...
Whistle I eh em believe a chipped 190ps TD4 Engine/Exhaust noise still sounds weedy compared with a TDV6 (Disco3 loaner) even if it is miles quicker.

Cheers for the feedback Rowy

I think we TD4 owners need a more powerful engine, to make a more lively engine, after the TDV8 today that sounded and drove amazingly well

If you get the chance have a go in one Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

There are some over on the dark side for whom even the get up and go of the TDv8 is not enough, and they have had their TDv8s chipped................ Supercharged go, TDv8 economy! How can carbon have a footprint, it has no feet?
